QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum 15 years of progressive civil-site experience in the Boston union market.

• At least 5 years of experience supervising multiple crews/projects.

• Expertise in OSHA safety, excavation, SOE, confined space, rigging, and traffic management.

• Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).

• Strong communicator with proven ability to lead under pressure.

• Knowledge of union agreements and grievance procedures.

The Dow Company, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and dependable Construction Office Administrator to support major infrastructure projects in the Downtown Boston area. This full-time, in-person role is embedded in the field and provides direct administrative support to Superintendents and Project Management on complex, high-profile jobs.

This position plays a critical role in keeping projects running smoothly through strong documentation control, coordination, and communication between the jobsite and the main office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track and maintain daily manhours for payroll reporting

• Code and process delivery slips, invoices, and job cost documentation

• Track job quantities and assist with quantity reporting

• Serve as badging and access coordinator, including background checks and site credentials

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day administrative tasks

• Support material procurement, trucking coordination, and delivery tracking

• Act as a liaison between the jobsite and the main office

• Support project-level accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking

• Maintain required compliance documentation for secure and regulated job sites
